Daily Self-Screening Guidelines – COVID-19
The most important way individuals can help to limit the spread of COVID-19 is to check themselves daily for any COVID-19 symptoms and stay home if they are sick or have had close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19.聽
As a result of COVID-19, for the 2020-2021 year, visitors are asked to perform this screening prior to visiting the college campus.聽
Visitors should not enter the 69传媒 if they answer YES to any of the following questions:聽
- Do you have any of the following symptoms?
- Fever (temperature of 37.8 degrees Celsius/100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher)聽
- 颁丑颈濒濒蝉听
- Cough that is new or worsening (continuous, more than usual, not related to other know causes or conditions)聽
- Barking cough, making a whistling noise when breathing (croup, not related to other known causes or conditions)聽
- Shortness of breath (out of breath, unable to breathe deeply, not related to other known causes or conditions -for example asthma)聽
- Sore throat (not related to other known causes or conditions -for example allergies or acid reflux)聽
- Difficulty swallowing (painful swallowing, not related to other known causes or conditions)聽
- Runny nose (not related to other known causes or conditions -for example seasonal allergies or being outside in cold weather)聽
- Stuffy or congested nose (not related to other known causes or conditions – for example seasonal allergies)聽
- Decrease or loss of taste or smell (not related to other known causes or conditions – for example allergies or neurological disorders)聽
- Pink eye (conjunctivitis, not related to other known causes or conditions – for example reoccurring styes)聽
- Headache that is unusual or long lasting (not related to other known causes or conditions -for example tension headaches, chronic migraines)聽
- Digestive issues like nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain (not related to other known causes or conditions – for example IBS or anxiety)聽
- Muscle aches that are unusual or long lasting (not related to other known causes or conditions – for example sudden injury or fibromyalgia)聽
- Extreme tiredness that is unusual (fatigue, lack of energy, not related to other known causes or conditions -for example depression, insomnia, thyroid dysfunction)聽
- Falling down often (for older people)聽
- Sluggish or lack of appetite (for young children and infants)聽
- Have you travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days?聽
- Have you tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
- Have you been in close physical contact* with someone who currently has COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
- Has a doctor or healthcare provider, or public health unit told you that you should currently be isolating (staying at home)?聽
*Close physical contact means:聽
- being less than 2 meters away in the same room, workspace or area聽
- living in the same home聽
- being in the same classroom聽
If you answered NO to all the screening questions you have passed the screening and can enter the college campus.聽
If you answered YES to any of the screening questions you have failed the screening. Please do not enter 69传媒 at this time.聽

On-Site 69传媒 Covid-19 Protocols:
- Pre-screen before coming, using questions listed above, and bring a mask
- Maximum occupancy:聽20 people
- Physical distancing of two meters (where possible)
- Wear masks when circulating
- Provide contact tracing information upon arrival
